How to Maintain More Than One Property

If you’ve been following me, you know I’ve been traveling a lot over the years. From New York to the Southeast on several occasions. Prior to all of this, I was maintaining my land, a tiny home, an apartment, and maintaining the beginning stages of building my dream home. Now that I am moving back to New York – I’ll be renting in New York while maintaining my land, tiny home, and maintaining the beginning stages of building my dream home. For nearly five years, I maintained all of those properties and all aspects of them. Here’s how I did it:

I planned ahead. I started planning this lifestyle seven years in advance.

I paid everything in advance. From the beginning, I began paying for everything, so once I moved to the Southwest I could began paying small amounts of money while maintaining my lifestyle.

I asked questions. I did a lot of research on this topic prior to putting everything in action.

Before you decided to move forward with the same plans, I want to be honest with the cons of going this route.

Nothing went right. Everything went wrong. I ended up doing the opposite of what I wanted to do and what I planned for.

I ended up broke. To a point I had to slow down and was making little to no progress for long periods of time.

I made little progress. I still have a long way to go to have my dream home built from the ground up, a functioning tiny home, and a purchased apartment in the city.

Maintaining multiple properties isn’t an easy task. Even if you have tons of money. It will take a lot of patience because you may run out of money or multiple things may go wrong during the process. This is a great way to obtain wealth, but the process is strenuous. If you want to go this route, take your time. No need to rush for something you want forever.
