Spring will be here soon and I am ready for it. #Spring and #Summer are my favorite seasons of the year. The #weather is perfect, everyone’s out, and there is more to do #outside at this time. Las Vegas, NV is one of the #places I love to visit during warmer weather. Let’s just say I #party more during this time. Lol! Along with Miami and Charlotte, Las Vegas is one of my favorite cities to party in within the states. Tokyo is my favorite city to party in #internationally.

I have a great #worklife balance. Part of the #reason why I do is because I still have fun as a #ceo. While running my first #company, I use to invite #staff and #interns out with me. It was great for building relationships within the company. I have done the same thing with #mji but not as much due staff #workingfromhome most of the time. We usually see each and hang out when we attend #events.
