Slow Down

I spent five days in Texas, enjoying #Dallas, #Crowley, and #Burleson. During the trip I had #breakfast and #coffee at @lacasita_coffee and at @blackrockcoffeebar and drinks at @cousinstxbbq. I checked out @shopsatclearfork and @northparkcenter. Thanks to @glitznailsnspa.btx for doing an amazing job on my #nails. To finalized my trip, I did a little #shopping and went on a #date. Not bad for five days in #texas.

Happy Monday!

Slow down.

During this trip while searching for #land to consider Dallas, TX to be my second home, I learned that I was moving too fast. The journey that I’m on doesn’t need to be #rushed. I need to take my time because I am #accomplishing something that’ll last #forever. What is meant for us will #happen at the right time. We #rush because we want it now or we think we need it at the moment, but what we don’t #realize is if we let things happen how they are supposed to – it works out just right. When we rush, we get ourselves into #situations that are hard to #overcome or even, #hard to get out of as a matter or fact. #some people, things, and situations aren’t meant to be, but when we rush we put these things into our lives at the wrong time. #slowdown
