While travelling to purchase #land to add to my portfolio, I stop in Alamosa, CO. One of the coldest cities in #colorado. I stopped by a #cozy and cute coffee shop called @milagroscoffeehouse. To know me, you know I am a #coffee fanatic. I traveled to a few spots throughout Colorado to check out land. I decided on #5 acres. The acres I purchased was an addition to my 100 + acres of land. I will soon add a tiny home and make it an additional #home for my travels.

Last week, I watched a #financial video by Kevin L. Matthews @buildingbread where he discussed how to become a millionaire. My goal isn’t to become a #millionaire, but his tips and advice on #money, wealth, and finances were spot on. Here are my tips to build long- term wealth:

1) Work a 9-5. Build from their #resources and perks.

2) Start a functioning and #stable business.

3) Own your property

4) Save
